Instructions
After conducting experiments for 5 years, we have finally managed to create a pressure testing device to meet your requirements.
So it is now possible to measure any low pressure in millibars for highly accurate measurements of various woodwind instruments. The pressure testing device is controlled by 3 micro-valves. The valve on the left is used to prevent any excess pressure in the pump. The valve on the right is responsible for the speed with which the pressure rises. The valve in the middle is used to set the required pressure. Pressure tests can be carried out on piccolos (up to 20-30 mbar), flutes, clarinets, oboes (up to 30-40 mbar), bassoons (up to 40-50 mbar) and other instruments too. The test pressure and the speed by which the pressure increases can be set individually for each instrument testing device, depending on which instrument is being tested. In addition, individual pads and instruments can be tested for cracks to ensure that there are no points where air leaks. The pressure testing device can also be supplied for the American market if required (110 V / 60 Hz).
We wish you every success and trust that this tool will make your work easier.
If you have any further questions, please phone us or get in touch via the Internet.

Warranty Period for the Pressure Testing Device

The legal warranty period of 24 months applies to this article.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material faults and other faults which exist when the instrument is supplied (e.g. if the article does not demonstrate the properties which it is expected to have or which have been described).
These do not include any damage which occurs as a result of improper handling, any deliberate or negligent damage, improper mounting or installation, connecting it to the wrong electricity supply, normal wear and tear, failure to observe the instructions for use, any chemical or electrochemical effect, faults that have been noted at the time the instrument was purchased and acts of God.

During the warranty period, we will eliminate any faults free of charge, i.e. without charging for material and working expenses.

If it is impossible to repair or exchange the device or if our efforts fail to achieve this aim, you have the right to cancel the contract (withdrawal) or lower the purchase price (reduction). If the device is exchanged or if you withdraw from the contract, we retain the right to charge an appropriate fee for the period during which the device has been used.

Please report any faults, including damage occurring in transit, immediately.
The warranty period for the device is not extended if the warranty is used.

If you have any problems using the new article for the first time, do not send it back to us immediately – phone us! In most cases, problems are caused by minor faults, even in the case of complex technical units, and these can be explained on the phone quickly and without any complicated procedures.

Please take careful note of the following:

- before opening the pressure testing device, disconnect it from the electricity supply
- do not use in any damp rooms
- keep the device away from children
- the electrics in the pressure testing device have been tested

If repairs are necessary or if you require any replacement parts, please get in touch with our workshops.
